STEP 1:  Wrap a soft tape measure around your wrist

STEP 2: Record the measurement of your wrist

STEP 3: For flat, glass bead bracelets, add 1/4 inch for a tighter fit. Add 1/2 inch for a looser fit. 

STEP 4: Add 1/2 inch for all other bracelets (14k Gold filled, Sterling Silver, and round bead bracelets)

Example: If your wrist measures 6 inches, you would order a size 6.25 inch for a tighter fit, and a 6.5 inch for a looser fit flat, glass bead bracelet. You would order a size 6.5 inch for all bracelets with round beads.
